Join us for a dramatic theatrical reading of Sophocles’ Ajax, an ancient play about the visible and invisible wounds of war. The story centers on Tecmessa, wife of the warrior Ajax, and highlights the enduring impact of war on the home front and features Kathryn Erbe, Peter Francis James and Alex Morf.
This is a project of Theater of War Productions, which presents community-specific, theater-based projects that address pressing public health and social issues.
A conversation about the challenges faced by military families will follow the performance.
Presented in partnership with the Mayor’s Office to Combat Domestic Violence.
