Dan Pashman, host of The Sporkful, joined us in The Greene Space on October 29 for the first live taping of his WNYC podcast that explores new and better ways to eat.
He was joined by actress, author and comedian Amy Sedaris, who shared her singular approach to cooking and hosting dinner parties; cronut creator Dominique Ansel, who talked about the inspiration behind his wildly popular doughnut-croissant hybrid and sampled a homemade version of the pastry live on stage; and Radiolab’s Robert Krulwich, who discussed the most scientifically sound approach to Thanksgiving dinner.
The evening was also a celebration of the release of Dan’s first book Eat More Better: How to Make Every Bite More Delicious.
