Overview

Watch an encore video stream of Grammy Award-winning violinist Joshua Bell‘s thrilling performance, recorded on our stage September 29, 2014.

One of the most celebrated violinists of our time, Bell was joined by talented musicians from the National YoungArts Foundation, an organization that identifies accomplished young performing artists and provides them with creative and professional development opportunities throughout their careers. They performed music of Bach and Mendelssohn in advance of the HBO documentary Joshua Bell: A YoungArts Masterclass. The event was hosted by WQXR’s Elliott Forrest.
