Kevin Bacon and host Anna Sale on stage at The Greene Space

Overview

Watch an encore video stream at 4pm ET of actor Kevin Bacon‘s conversation with Death, Sex & Money podcast host Anna Sale, which was recorded live on our stage in May 2017:

At the time, he said his relationship with money was just as complicated as his relationship with death and sex, revealing he likes to carry cash with him — not a wallet, but a wad of bills in his pocket. “It’s just a weird thing,” he said. “I don’t leave the house without it.”

He also talked about how losing much of his savings with wife Kyra Sedgwick in Bernie Madoff’s Ponzi scheme made him think differently about money, how he approached playing an intensely sexual character on Jill Soloway’s TV series I Love Dick and how he now thinks about sex in his own life, saying “I almost feel like I’m trying to cram as much of it in before it’s over for good.”
