Twelve musical acts from Queens competed during a live concert on March 7, 2014. Then, voters picked their top five bands.
Now, after a week of voting, there’s only one act standing!
The 2014 Queens representative in our Battle of the Boroughs is…Annika! The singer/songwriter moves on to the final showdown, the Ultimate Battle of the Boroughs on June 27. She’ll compete against the other borough winners — including Manhattan’s 5j Barrow — for bragging rights and prizes, including a showcase performance at the world famous Apollo Theater Amateur Night.
