Congratulations to Villalobos Brothers, winner of our Battle of the Boroughs: Manhattan competition!
The trio of violinists, who are originally from Veracruz, Mexico, beat out 12 other musical acts to take the Manhattan title. They’ll be competing in our 2013 Ultimate Battle of the Boroughs, going up against Brooklyn’s Victor V. Gurbo & Co., The Dirty Gems from Queens, the Bronx’s Emily Angell, and Cat Cosmai of Staten Island.
