Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, singer/songwriter Mia Taylor has developed an incredible and unique sound for herself. With a blend of Soca and R&B music, she has combined her Trini heritage with her Brooklyn vibe. From a young age, she has had a special kind of love for the arts, starting off her journey as a dancer. Her beloved grandfather, a popular steel pan player, poured his love for Soca music into her development, which influenced Mia to carry on her grandfather’s legacy within her music. In fact, it is her dream to create a supportive platform for the genre of music so that it can become more mainstream.

As Mia Taylor’s artistry grew, she found herself attending the world’s most prestigious music college, Berklee College of Music, as a Music Business and Songwriting major. Mia has had the privilege of competing in a songwriting competition for Soca icon, Kerwin du Bois. Following her win, she is now a chosen member of S.P.U.T, and continues to work with an incredible group of underground songwriters and artists.

Oh Alice is a singer-songwriter and designer weaving fairytales with a voice that feels timeless and unravels in light, color, and memories. Fascinated with other people’s stories, she began playing the piano at a young age and discovered a love for singing which she pursued at Berklee College of Music.

Oh Alice can blend her velvety-vintage voice with fantasies and observations of the world into sounds that almost feel touchable. Music is a creative expression and escape from reality for Oh Alice, and she hopes to bring others comfort and a moment to pause with their emotions. The young artist finds inspiration from alternative contemporary artists such as SZA, Lana Del Rey, Mitski, and IU.

Her debut single Hurricane, a story about a toxic relationship that wreaks havoc on each, was released on all platforms on June 18th, 2021.

19 in the 4th Creative Collective is a premier live music events production company that specializes in curating live music performances and fun-filled live music events in venues across NYC and Brooklyn.
