In Partnership with Guardian US and Refinery29

Tuesday November 8 2016 • 7:00pm - 7:00pm ET
In-person event

For many voters, the current election cycle can’t end soon enough. Luckily, Election Day is just around the corner and WNYC is throwing a party to celebrate.

For the final installment of its monthly series Political Party with Keli Goff, The Greene Space at WNYC – in partnership with Guardian US and Refinery29 – is hosting an Election Night Party featuring a fun-filled night of music, games, political commentary and cocktails.

Host Keli Goff and her guests will weigh in throughout for a night of politics, commentary and cocktails as we watch the votes come in.

Featuring comedy by Khalid Rahmaan, commentary by Haroon Moghul and Moustafa Bayoumi, election updates from the WNYC newsroom and games and intrigue from our resident hype man WNYC producer Sean Rameswaram, plus DJ spinning all night long by Studio 360’s Louis Mitchell

The event will also feature breaking news and live updates from WNYC political reporters Matt Katz, Andrea Bernstein, Arun Venugopal, and Janet Babin covering the election at locations around New York City, as well as Guardian US’s political correspondents stationed all across the country in the most crucial battleground states. Refinery29 will also be sharing across all of their platforms their millennial-minded take on the election results as well as the overall state of women in politics.

We’ll finish the night watching statements from the winning and losing candidates.
