Joe Rumrill is a fictional one-eyed spinach-loving sailor created in 1929…Wait, no, hold on… Joe Rumrill is a Brooklyn-based stand-up comedian and writer who performs anywhere you need him (no sewers, please. Not after the last time…) His work has been featured in Seriously.TV, Splitsider, and the Village Voice. Joe can often be seen playing various characters on the weekly MNN series The Special Without Brett Davis. He hopes to one day, with the right combination of campaigning, crowdsourcing and luck, be the first person ever to perform stand-up comedy in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Speaking of, Joe’s Christmas list can be provided upon request, and, as luck would have it, he’s been a very good boy this year.
