The Greene Space’s Inside Look: Broadway series continued on Monday, February 3 with a behind-the-scenes peek at the new Broadway musical, “If/Then” starring Idina Menzel.
WQXR’s Elliott Forrest sat down with Tom Kitt and Brian Yorkey, the Tony and Pulitzer Prize-winning songwriting team behind “Next to Normal”; director Michael Greif; Tony Award winner LaChanze; and actor Anthony Rapp (original cast of “Rent”). They talked about the making of the new musical and Rapp performed a piece from the show, “You Don’t Need to Love Me.”
