Watch video of indie-folk band 5j Barrow‘s intimate concert live in The Greene Space, hosted by WQXR’s Terrance McKnight. The Manhattan-based band advanced through several rounds of competition before taking the final crown in our 2014 Ultimate Battle of the Boroughs in June 2014. Much like the band’s #TGSBattle winning performance, 5j Barrow won over the audience with their eclectic sound, onstage chemistry and a theatrical stage presence that brought the crowd to their feet.

Brooklyn-based Americana artist Michelle Amador opened for the 2014 Battle champs.
